I ordered off of Menulog at 5pm for a 6.30 delivery.

You would think this would be sufficient time to make two pizza's and some garlic bread but apparently not.

After calling the restaurant at 7.00pm I was told it was on it's way. Food finally arrived at 7.20pm cold and inedible almost an hour after the scheduled delivery.

Can only assume they are making multiple deliveries at a time and too bad so sad if yours is the last order to be delivered.

Contacted the restaurant who advised they would give me a full refund via Menulog.

Menulog have now advised the restaurant are only authorising a $20.00 refund. Lying sacks of ......!

Why would anyone want to order food from a restaurant or from a delivery service such as @Menulog that shows up almost an hour after the scheduled time, is stone cold and inedible.

Order from Domino's they deliver hot pizza's in under 30 minutes!

Avoid at all costs. Fish is frozen and small in portion, food is greasy, potato scallops are raw and they don’t salt their chips. Second attempt at this place hoping the first was a one off, delivery couldn’t occur because driver couldn’t find our address, despite sending location screenshots and directions (our address is not difficult by any means). Driver was really nice and apologetic and said it was his first day on the job, but store accused us of lying about our address, trying to convince us that we had it wrong despite confirming it many times. After the food was sitting around in their car and store for over an hour at this point she told us ‘the foods fine you’re not getting a refund’, she yelled at the driver to go back to where he originally tried to deliver (the wrong address). The lady talked down to me, called me names to her coworkers, patronised me and did nothing to apologise or rectify the situation. Worst customer service I have ever experienced BY FAR. Anywhere is better than here, do yourself a favour and find somewhere else. This ruined our Friday night and was the biggest hassle.

I've purchased a seafood pizza from here and fish n chips, the pizza was topped with lots of fresh seafood and it tasted yummy, I also brought their fish n chips but my fish was little under cooked, prices are quite expensive and staff members always make their customers welcome.

Pizzas are nice however I chose to emit olives, anchovies and prawns and asked if I could have pineapple instead and was told there was an extra charge! Food was nice but a little pricey I feel for fish and chips. My husband wasnt overly impressed with his burger.

Fresh raw and cooked seafood to order and 'the' best pizza's on the coast. Loaded with toppings, tasty and filling. Large variety.
