We had Oz pix come and give a quote, the owner Ozzie was so friendly, he explained everything to us of what the process was, and also handed us a DVD which was great. We felt like we had know him for years.
Anyway the job was started basically within 2 days which we were shocked how quickly and efficiently everything was. He has a great team working for him lovely lovely guys. The products they use are of top quality and is the same paint that the Sydney Opera House is painted with.Our Roof looks amazing was done with such care and professionalism. We had neighbors come to our door saying how good the roof looked, and asked who did our roof and from there on Ox Pix has done 4 of our neighbors roofs, and more to come, thank you Ox Pix for your great work.

After many quotes, I happened to come across this company. I emailed with an enquiry. The next day the owner of the company had been and left a quote, color chart, detailed description of what work would be done and in what order. There was also a DVD left so I was able to watch a whole roof restoration beforehand. I was then given a courtesy call to inform me that a quote was there and also described the process . I had a question in regards to other parts of the restoration, the owner was More than happy to come as soon as he could to answer my further enquiry.

Instead of getting another person on the job he explained to my husband and myself how we could do it ourselves, saving a large amount of money, he described what we could do step by step in a way we could understand and made it so easy.

The quote was extremely reasonable for the work that needed to be done. After consideration, and discussion we went ahead with the work and are extremely happy and satisfied with our new roof.

The communication was excellent, work carried out in an extremely professional and friendly manner. I did not have to clean anything afterwards, this was all part of the service.

I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company for a roof restoration, in saying this I am even recommending them to my own family member.

I have a 40+ concrete tiled roof, badly in need of repair. They pressure cleaned the roof, re-grouted and fixed broken or damaged tiles. They gave the roof a generous coating of sealant and a couple of coats of Newtech protection (large choice of colours). They cleaned away all dirt and rubbish involved in the process at the end of each day and only took a day and a half to have the job completed. They were courteous, professional and friendly. They kept me informed at every stage of the process. The price was more that competitive and fare. I now have an amazing roof that will last for years. Could not recommend these guys enough.

We had our roof restored and resprayed. We had a few leaks so we decided to get it restored. This didn't fix the leaks so I called Ozzie and he came straight back out himself and found the leak and fixed it. Can't ask for more than that.

We got these guys to clean & seal our pavers & concrete paths & they did a very good job, the very best they could with tree sap having stained some of the pavers.I would recommend them to anyone as their attention to detail was excellent.
