I was away from home and found I had a problem which needed a ultrasound & CT Scan. The Dr referred me one day and my appt. was the next day with OZ radiology Carina (Old Cleveland Road (Carindale). So quick with an appointment!
The receptionist was great (think it was Wendy-can't quite remember) and while I had a "wee" accident in the reception room which was rather embarassing personally the staff were great. I appreciate the sensitivity with which I was treated by everyone there. Thank you for being so caring. Bulk billing a bonus!

I took my wife for an ultrasound and x-ray at their new surgery on Old Cleveland Rd (I think they moved form the old address) after a friend recommended them. The place is modern with very comfy chairs in the waiting room. The staff were fantastic - my wife was impressed with how well they looked after her, explained evrything really well too. We were in and out in around 30 minutes (last time I went to Cooparoo and waited forever and couldn't find a park), and everything was bulk-billed too which was a reall bonus!.

The receptionists were quite rude and unpleasant. Might of been a bad day for them but it's no excuse to make patients feel uncomfortable. On the plus side the sonographer was great - friendly and explained what was going on. And they bulk bill :O)

This company is the only one I could find that bulk-bills everything, including ultrasounds and CTs. My mother-in-law needed an ultrasound of her pelvic area, and later a CT. It didn't cost us a thing, and it turns out they have one of the new 2011 models of CT scanner which only uses half the radiation of earlier models. The staff were great, and my mother-in-law (who was pretty stressed about these tests) was pretty happy with the whole experience.
