This company is the only one I could find that bulk-bills everything, including ultrasounds and CTs. My mother-in-law needed an ultrasound of her pelvic area, and later a CT. It didn't cost us a thing, and it turns out they have one of the new 2011 models of CT scanner which only uses half the radiation of earlier models. The staff were great, and my mother-in-law (who was pretty stressed about these tests) was pretty happy with the whole experience.
