Would give this company zero stars. Poor customer service. We had shutters installed and when we lost the remote we had to pay $145 to get a new remote which did not work with the shutters. After more than 5 months the company refuses to attend to the property to configure the remote to make it work - their excuse - no parking on the street. What a terrible excuse - there is plenty of parking on the street and they were able to install the shutters fine. They don't pick up the phone and have no customer service post installation. Just horrible. The issue is still unresolved.

Excellent service quality product

I had my 6 big roller shutters installed in 2015, they have been working very good. Just one had a minor problem last weekend, the guys came this morning and fixed it in 15 minutes. Very reliable. Great quality and great service!

Just had motors installed on 2 existing shutters from a different company plus 2 new roller shutters.
I was nervous when we decided to use OZ ROLLER SHUTTERS but we were very pleasantly surprised with the job.
Sam and Taj initially came out to look at the job and even though ours was a difficult installation the end product is exceptional. The installer did a wonderful job. His attention to detail was exceptional.
I would rate the team at OZ ROLLER SHUTTERS 11 out of 10.

I ordered some security doors and shutters from this company last few months ago. They took about 6 weeks to get them installed even after ring them! They promised me they will install my shutters and doors in two weeks which never happened. After all my shutters were defected. Looks to me their electrician had no much knowledge I had to argue with them to get the shutters to work normally. They even spoiled my electricity system in the house. I’m a bit disappointed with their work. Not Recommended At All!!!

Pretty Frustrated with this company. I had to wait for about 45 minutes
for the guy to come for the installation. After all they took more than a
month to get my doors and shutters installed. Whoever came down for the
installation was rude to me. They took my deposit and came back after about
a month with a damaged product. I had to call them twice to get my door
fixed. They charged for maintenance as well.
Not Recommended at all!!!
