I have placed an order at 12pm and right away emailed the store that I would like to pick it up around 2pm or earlier
No answer at all no email confirmation of the order and after 5 hours of waiting and after closing time someone just emailed me that they can not keep the 2 hours pick up time and just wait for the email when the order will be available for pick up
It was a gift and the only reason I have purchased it from this company because of the quick order pick up
Now I have purchased from someone else and will report if they will or will not refund my money
They can make it right with a refund

I ordered and paid for a new iphone 6. I received an open box with items missing and the phone had been used for 6 hours and 27 minutes.

When I asked for an explanation they initially treated my complaint as if I had a problem with the battery. Once I made it clear that they supplied a used mobile telephone, and not a new one, they tried to spin a story that they must open the new telephones to test them. They are simply liars. I paid $500 for a new phone and received a used phone.

I could have obtained exactly the same thing from doggy ebay sellers for half of the price.

Ozmobile is not a reputable Australian company. I believe they buy good reviews from websites like Freelancer or Fiver. Please be very carefully people.

Purchased two iphones from this shell company (Monster mobile is the actual company).
Paid for express 1-2 day postage & they took 4 days to arrive.
One was okay the other was damaged & not in the condition as advertised.
I asked to return the one damaged phone for a refund - requested the return address so I could either attend in person or post the phone back.
Was hand balled around from person to person & every reply email avoided providing a return address altogether. Was also made aware of their "15% restocking fee" policy for all "change of mind" returns.
Bottom line is that these crooks knowingly sell below par phones not matching the advertised description & pocket 15% of the purchase price anyway when duped customers want to return the phone(s). This is unlawful under consumer law & either the authorities or your bank can recoup the full refund.
They deliberately have no business address (everything is handled over the internet or via post office box) so you can't undertake any follow up. They've been previously "located" at Chapel street St.Kilda,Richmond & Melbourne.
OzMobiles is best avoided - especially if you request a refund for the faulty goods that they deal in.
If zero stars could be awarded that's what this business operates at.

Ozmobile made good. They actually upgraded the phone ordered to a new phone from x demo. They apologised for system error. Happy to say they came to the party. Will use them in future

Paid for overnight service 2 days later they haven't shipped.
day1 used the excuse of trying to contact me by phone. Hello it hasn't left your shop!
2nd day won’t answer phone. (I think they are using call recognition). Not Happy.
3rd Day won’t answer phone.
7th Day still 3rd Day won’t answer phone.
Break-through. on the 8th day (and blocked from their fb page) they promised a refund in 24hours. Lets hope 24hours isn't the same as overnight. To be fair I will update on the progress.

I bought an I phone 4 display model for my son from ozmobile over a year ago and he is still using it, never had any problems with it. Fast delivery and reasonable prices and good qaulity.

After several failed attempts to buy an iphone for a reasonable price, I found this Australian online phone wholesaler and bought an ex demo iphone for $100 less than retail and it still had a 12 month Australian warranty. The whole process from payment to receipt of the mobile (which was exactly as described), was quick, smooth and easy. Would definitely use this company again.
