Would highly recommend using Pacific Patios, Steve came to measure up and talk about what we wanted and gave some ideas. We only needed a small area covered and two other companies wouldn’t do it cause it was two small a job. Then there was a second measure up before they order our patio. The two guys who put it up where on time, great workers and cleaned up when finished. Great communication from Andrea and great patio at the end. Excellent work

Roof leaks And was not built to our specifications (which they agreed to and put on the paper REPAIRS are UNTIDY and UGLY
After 6 attempts to fix it we are still not confident

We contacted Pacific Patios to do a carport and patio. Gareth Vendt has made the whole process and experience so much better and easier! He was always accommodating, patient when we were in doubt about what we wanted and also gave good recommendations and was there to help us. We felt that he had our best interest at heart and truly wanted us to be satisfied with the end product.
Luke, the builder, has done an amazing job! He was courteous, friendly and extremely professional. At one point, when he had started one part of the job, he stopped and would not continue until we made the changes we wanted to add and were completely satisfied with the changes we wanted to bring to the original plan.
We love the end products and we have been thoroughly enjoying being able to use the carport and patio.
I would only ever deal and recommend that anyone deal with Gareth personally and always request for Luke to build! They are an awesome team!

We recently had a new patio put up and we are so pleased with the finished result. We chose Pacific Patios because they had a wide range and their quality seemed better than most and it all fit in to our budget. I knew what end result I wanted and was really happy that their team got that and designed and delivered exactly what I had in mind.
They worked quickly and did a great job and we love the result.
They also recommended a blind company (Aussie Outdoor Blinds) to finish protecting the area from the wind, rain and sun so now we have a complete outdoor room.
This local family business delivered their promise and we thank them for making this a problem free experience!
