Medical staff are efficient and friendly. but administration is terible
We drove a long way to this hospital for minor day surgery.
The hospital required that I had a carer to drive me home.
There are absolutely no facilities for waiting carers.. My wife had to wait in the street for four hours in the dark, rain and cold. Appalling.
The reception staff was not helpful at all, claimed that the empty seats near her could not be used due to Covid.
As a patient I knew this was happening to my wife and was terribly worried, hardly helping my treatment!.
Hotel administration should be ashamed.
We wil never return to this hospital, and I will let all my friends know of this awful time.

I had a day surgery here recently and was really impressed. The staff particularly the ladies in the recovery room were all very pleasant and friendly. They managed to make an unpleasant surgery very comfortable.
