Pleasant enough when first contact. I asked for a quote for a rail, waited a couple of weeks but got nothing. Went into the shop and to be fair there was an accident, but I was assured by the husband that all was fine and that I would have my quote. That was about 5 weeks ago and still nothing. I have not gone with another reputable bathroom company since my bathroom completion has been seriously delayed. Would definately not recommend for work or quotes, but the shop is okay for "oldey worldy" bathroom stuff. Very disappointing service.

I have frequently obtained technical and design advice from the owners. I've ordered and purchased tiles and accessories for renovations.
You get a very unique personal service here, not available in most bathroom shops who only want to sell what they have on promotion - and later cannot help with.
I would thoroughly recommend their products and service.

I made the mistake of selling this store goods on credit. It was less than $300 and more than four years down the track, we are still chasing payment.
We have had to call her from anonymous numbers to get her to answer, as she screens her calls. Once she realises who it is she just hung up. She has totally ignored all letters requesting payment and yet somehow continues to trade. It must be miserable for her if this is what she does to all her small suppliers.

I would not do business with this person.

The owner is the rudest arrogant person i have ever dealt with. They don't answer their phones as stated in other reviews they owe money and goods to customers who have paid for their goods but haven't received them and when by chance they do she hangs up on you.
I am in business and thats how i have come across this woman. As a true politician she refuses to pay for goods she receives.
Mind you its a lousy $60 its the principal.
I my self was warned about her by other business's after my encounter with her who refuse to deal with her.

My experience at Paddington Plug was excellent. Anne was incredibly helpful, and I found products that I was looking for and some that I wasn't.
The items I bought were great quality, and some that I hadn't seen elsewhere. Anne also helped me sort out of one of the bags that I was travelling with.
The previous reviews are so full of anger and unkindness and it appalling the people use the internet to hide behind. Shame on you.

They genuinely have no regard for customers. They seem to have forgotten that we have paid for some items that they haven't provided, and won't call us or respond to our calls as they only seem to have a message machine. I understand that Anne Boccabella, the owner, is a self proclaimed 'queen of Paddington'. Maybe spend a bit of time attending to the business and not so much time chomping down cakes, piggy.

Terrible experience with Paddington Plug!!!
I have ordered tile and fully paid for $2500 three weeks ago, they said it will come in a week so the builder arranged a tiler. However the tiles didn't come, so I called them and they said it will come 5 days later. We waited for another week, but after 3 weeks, tiles still haven't come.
I called them again but they didn't answer the phone, I went there in person, another salesman showed up and said he knew nothing, also won't refund.
This has delayed my home renovation for nearly a month now!
Very bad and frustrating experience.
Owner is totally irresponsible and untrustworthy!!
Never buy things there!
Not just losing your MONEY, but also you TIME!!!
(which cost you more for the whole renovation!)
