Great place to walk around and have a look at store holders merchandise-great range of clothing and fresh fruit and veggies,easy location to walk to train station or buses.

Paddy's market is a great place to hang out on the weekend. It's conveniently located in the CBD, easy walking distance to the shopping district in Townhall and family activities in darling harbour. In terms of parking, wilson parking is the one that I usually use, it is relatively cheap especially you're a student from nearby uni, or spend certain amount at the markets to entitle you for free hours parking.
Suggested activity at Paddy's market: yum cha at Zilver; cheap eats in the nearby Chinatown; great varieties of food in the Paddy's market's top level foodcourt; goodies and crafts stands; vegie and fruit stands; the cheap outlet clothing stores on level 2 etc.

We love coming to Paddy's Markets most weekends with friends. ALways manage to find something we like to buy and often just enjoy comign for a browse. Clothing, bags, footwear, luggage, accessories etc. Just something for everyone.

keep in mind it does get busy and quite crowded on weekends , quite hot too! If the food on offer like kebabs and hot chips aren't your thing, you can always take a wander inside Market City and make your way to the food court for more food options! Makes for a perfect day in the city!

paddys is the best markets around. i can always find what i want and the prices are pretty reasonable.it's a good day out. yummy food and good sales.

This is a great place to come for a bargain, gifts or visitors to. There are lots of stalls and if you are up for it you can try to bargain down the prices.

Go there just for the BANANA'S so so so so so much cheaper, as well as strawberries just select packs carefully. Haggled watermelon for $2.00 today, your guaranteed a good deal on Sunday's.

Paddy's markets is great particularly for their fresh fruit and vegies. I've also found really good bargains for clothes ($10 dresses) and bought cheap iphone accessories when I can't be bothered to order them online.

i havent been to paddys market for yrs but decided to go this morning it was so busy with people like a town with outside markets they hve great small businesess everything u like to buy under one roof but i wasnt impressed with the fruitmarket side it was dirty and smelly
