Great Experience. Very friendly from drop off to pick up. Very happy with service of my i30 & at a very reasonable price which included repair of tyre Will definitely return for my next service and highly recommend using them.

We took our Audi Q5 in for a service last week. We have only ever had our car serviced at Audi service centre but were told they could do the job. The mechanic who worked on the car was polite and informative on the day of the service. Two days later after a full service and brake work done a light displaying engine management failure came on which resulted in the car switching to crawl mode 40kmh. Not desirable when you are on your way to Beaudesert and stuck in Canungra. I took the car back this morning to be told by whoever runs the office that it was nothing to do with any of the work they did and "It was something in the air" and that he has had many cars with similar faults last week. (This term I noticed was used when speaking with another customer whilst I was there in the office. He then told me it was a BGR? fault and in no way was this related. I mentioned that I had to drive to Brisbane the following day and it needed to be looked at to ensure a safe trip on the M1. It seemed co incidental that this happened straight after the service. I was then told he didn't like the way I spoke and that there was no way they could look at the car for another week. Firstly I was not rude but simply stating the facts. The man I spoke to was rude, abrupt and intimidating which left me shaking and upset. Apparently he is stressed and had 2 mechanics down and is under the pump. This is no excuse!! He then spoke to my husband on the phone and was courteous and polite but still maintained it was nothing they did. It is not acceptable to speak one way to a female and another to a male. I am confident that if my husband went in with the car his approach would have been far different. Regardless of fault we would expect a much better customer experience. I now have no car to drive until we can book it in to the Audi centre. Disappointed is an understatement.

I have been taking my Nissan Pulsar to Palm Beach Motors since 2003. They have continually delivered excellent, friendly and well priced service. I am so grateful to have found a company whose integrity is beyond question. I found it after relocating to the GC via others telling me how good they were. Now, through my own experience, I pass on the same message to others moving into this area. Thank you Palm Beach Motors for your honesty and integrity. It is pure gold!

This business is very well respected. I have been taking my car their since i moved to the Gold Coast 2 years ago. They always give good advice and go above and beyond in service to help keep you car running smoothly. Most importantly they never over charge or take advantage of people who don't know a lot about mechanics.

As you can imagine being an older single lady have had many bad experiences with my not so new Honda Had a serious oil leak and could have been told or charged anything but it was only a broken seal $80.00 Checked the car for me found another problem and fixed it for me at a very reasonable price
Am so relieved and happy that I have found a mechanic that I can trust

They had my car for over two weeks and charged through the roof, way above the original quote. I kept calling in and they would say that it would be ready the next day. The next day turned into 2 weeks!

I am the owner of Palm Beach Motors I have never kept a car for 2 weeks the most would be 3 day never ever, you have the wrong business and all customers are notified on any price change and explained why, you may have me mixed up with Palm Beach Auto Electrics.

I am the owner of Palm Beach Auto Electrics , I do not overcharge any customer , some cars do take time depending on the job ! But the longer a vehicle is kept the more the outcome price is reduced to compensate the owner, no vehicle has ever left my care with a lengthy stay with a lengthy price to match ! Ever ! As my review shows I explain what is going on with my customers cars and show the parts that have been replaced and what their function is !
