Slow notification that ordered items are not in stock (one week).
Huge delays and lack of comms getting refund for out of stock items. I have had to push very hard to get a refund.
Very unprofessional and I will NEVER deal with them again.
One star is too much for this "business".

I order from these guys mainly because they stock bird munchies seeds and treats, which are difficult to find in my area. Twice I have had delays and issues with orders such as delayed arrival, broken seed bags and lack of communication. I feel they need better organisational skills or customer service. I am often left wondering where my order is. They do have good prices and it is simple to order, not a large range but that is ok as I only order for the bird treats. I would order here again but may look elsewhere for seed and bird requirements in future.
