Slow notification that ordered items are not in stock (one week).
Huge delays and lack of comms getting refund for out of stock items. I have had to push very hard to get a refund.
Very unprofessional and I will NEVER deal with them again.
One star is too much for this "business".

Fantastic people, great prices and extremely fast shipping.
They also have a real store you can visit which is quite big and you can see their pets at work with them.

Recently, I ordered 12 different items at 10pm and it was shipped lunchtime next day and received the day after... Brilliant.

Arranged and agreed appointment to do real work (not a quote) and they NEVER showed up OR bothered to call...

I don't know why they bother to advertise in the local paper if they don't want any business....

Have purchased a few large tools and few smaller items over the years. They have a good selection of tools on display and most of the staff are knowledgeable about the tools. Some of their Chinese made machines are a bit low on quality (an low price). Other chinese and taiwanese items are very good.

Long time patient having everything from a simple checkup/clean, through root canals and a crown. All done very well and with little pain or fuss. Everyone there is friendly and nice. The prices are a little high, but the quality and longevity of the fixes is worth it

Purchasing prescriptions. Frustrating that after years of using this chemist they are not willing to be flexible on expired scripts that are for simple medications to the surprise of my doctor.

Regular user. Their three garment deal is good value for money. Have never had any quality of cleaning problems. Service is quick and polite.
Costs increase rapidly for non-standard items such as silk.

We sold our house via Auction with them. Very professional presentation and communications. A nice group of people to work with, especially Mark. The marketing package looked great and we had a lot of input into it. We were always in the loop and knew what was going on.
We had an excellent campaign and their negotiating skills with the buyers was first rate. Very happy.
