Overpriced food. Pasta salads from yesterday are routinely "thinned out" with penne and substandard capsicum offcuts, including cores. At $6.20 for a medium Pasta salad, it is top dollar and zero quality.
Chicken tastes like detergent, dripping from the steamy, boiling Bain-Marie that clearly has a thermostat issue, IF you can even get Chicken. At least 50% of the time there is NO chicken available at peak times like 6PM.
Staff have had a "tips" jar and act as if it is an act of philanthropy, just to have served you, the customer.
Also got food poisoning from off pasta salad.
PATHETIC, go somewhere else.
This is consistent, across 2-3 years of attempting to support this local business.

This Chicken Shop is truly a credit to the owners. It is probably the cleanest chicken shop I have ever seen. The staff are always welcoming with a smile, the food is exceptional and the service is the best around. They have a great little system in place. The oil used is cholesterol free and this shop doesn't smell like most chicken shops do.

These guys have without a doubt perfected the "Hot chip". So clean, and with a great selection of salads and combos, the team at Select Chicken always deliver on quality and great customer service. If you haven't tried them, you really must! Off to pick my chips up now :D

If you ever have the need for take away food, this is the place to go. They have a good range of seafood as well as hot packs fish and chips and the like. They will even cater for functions.

Wow! Do these people make the best chicken and chips in the state or what? It is worth while going out of your way to get the best tasting take away food I can think of. I even love the fish...not too greasy at all and tastes great. Thanks for the friendly service.

omg they have the yummiest chips ever the staff are friendly and i go out of my way to go down there i really like there food wat more can i say worth spending ya money down there yum yum

wow this place really is good, the best chicken and chips i ever had the staff were bloody great they were so so buisy but the seem to have a system that works,.... and very very fairly piced will be goin back for shore..
