This is the WORST experience i have ever had in a massage place. Absolutely shocking people. No customer service skills and inspite of giving them multiple chances i have finally given up as they are RUDE AND ARROGANT. You go for a massage to relax and this business makes you feel as if they are obliging you. NEVER GO HERE EVER AGAIN

Great service. They offer tea/juice before and after the massage, and their massage treatment is the best one I have tried so far in Brighton. I will definitely come back here. They even have the free stamps promotion for frequent customers.

Im delighted to have Paradai Thai as our local massage shop in Church Street Brighton, I can now get regular treatments for my aching back in reasonable price and its a great place, clean and tidy. The staffs are always polite and friendly.
