Never deal with this company unless you want to be serious disappointed.the owner should be in a mental hospital strapped to a rocking chair.a lier,doesn’t pay his bills.treats people terribly

Paradise Security provided security services to the body corporate in the commercial block we previously rented for 6 years. We have just relocated and had them install and monitor the alarm system in our new premises. Their prices are reasonable and the service is always professional

We recently took over the lease on a Gold Coast business premises which was fitted with an alarm system. There was a Paradise Security sticker on the keypad so we contacted them to request the master code so that changes could be made to employee access codes etc. I spoke with a guy on the phone who was very polite and helpful and said that this would be no problem. All we needed to do was send through an email confirming our details and the address along with the make and model of the alarm, and that someone would contact us with the code the next day. Email sent...

The following day a get a call asking if we were going to engage them to take over the monitoring services for the alarm. When I declined, they told me that I was making a mistake, and that they were not going to be able to "find" the code for that particular account and abruptly wished me well in the future and promptly ended the call.

I immediately called back and said that I thought their manner of handling the situation seemed very unethical and unprofessional. To which I was told in no uncertain terms that unless I'd been in business for over 30years I had no place telling them about professionalism, followed by a strong and direct instruction never to call back again...

Had this call been handled differently, with a slight degree of customer service, where the benefits of your services were pointed out, they may have landed a new account there and then..

Security Companies are supposed to be people you can trust. I guess after 30 years, they no longer care.

My partner used this companies expertise for security monitoring in QLD. Not only did they exceed expectations, there monitoring services were prompt and professional. I have referred them to friends and family who also own business in the area. I believe they offer a whole range of CCTV installations amongst other services. I took the time to rate this company as they deserve the praise.
