Hired a scissor lift in May 2023.
Everything went as planned with no problems. Account was paid via credit card on the day. Mid June (one month later) my account was debited $95. have called several times to sort it out but apparently the managers are away and the same lady answering the phone is unable to help even though she told me the boss would be in that same morning. After 4 days of calling, still no satisfaction. Finally I would like to say this situation has now been rectified with a refund
