Excellent, efficient,cost effective. I was back in Australia for a short time and needed to get a delicate lens from Blue Mountains to Sydney urgently. It was no fuss, door-to-door and the nice fellow who picked up the lens ensured I had call back and follow up details. About 90 minutes later I get a call from a colleague in the city saying he had the camera lens in his hands. Highly recommend this service.
