beautiful place to stay with some amazing Sydney city views,the staff were very friendly and attentive.we had a bottle of champagne and the room felt very welcoming.

Great place to stay when you are in Sydney. The rooms are nice and luxurious. The staff are very welcoming. We had an enjoyable stay.

This is always my first choice of hotel when in Sydney on business. They're always kind enough to greet me with a bottle of champagne and an upgraded room with a balcony and sensational view. The room has all the necessary amenities for a good stay including a sitting area with couch, a large desk for work and a million dollar view on balcony to drink my coffee in the morning.

My daughter took me here as a special treat and it didn't disappoint, well, that is not exactly true I was disappointed with the general decor on entry but once I got to my room it was a different story. Everything in the room was 5 star. We overlooked the harbour and had a balcony. I got great shots of the Opera House and harbour during daybreak and sunset. I have to agree that my experience of the restaurant was disappointing so I would not recommend dining here but I would be game to try the 'high tea' as recommended. You do pay a premium price for the location and it is not my favourite Sydney hotel by any means

I stayed in Park hayatt hotel last year, and the hotel did not have all the standards of a 5 star hotel, the price of the hotel was expensive $2000 per night and the quality was not as good. the only advantage was a wonderful view of opera house.

Wonderful views in a perfect location but mediocre food which is rather overpriced for what you get.
