Park Real Estate owner Ben Hecht is con man and lowlife. He took my unconditional offer to another buyer and sold it for $750 more... 2% of that $750 is $15... do I need to explain more how low a person can go .. to this date I'm lost for words

Few years back I went through this real estate agent to find a house to buy. Their follow ups was pretty good and they are trying their best to keep finding the right property for a buyer to purchase.
Until today after I bought my house, they kept following up on their potential clients to see if one still requires any needs.

I have never in my whole life met an honest real estate agent.. until now. I have been in business for more than 20 years and bought, sold and rented more commercial and residential properties than most. Sylvia and the rest of the team should be congratulated on bringing honesty back into the industry. If you are sick of crooks like I was, give them a go.
