Have gone to the airport a few times and wish I had known about these guys earlier, as I would have saved a lot of money on the ridiculous prices charged for parking. Last time I was running late and ended up having to park in ST Airport parking ($98 for an overnight compared to $23 with Parking Port) - Marlene at Parking Port was nice enough to waive the fee for missing my booking, thanks for that...

Booked online & took advantage of a special discount - made it the best value anywhere around the airport. There was a special on car cleaning as well - NEVER has our car looked so good inside & out, a superb job & HIGHLY recommended

We used the undercover airport parking facility. At the time of booking I did not realise that this was one of the very few businesses who could take us direclty to the Tiger Airways terminal - this obvioulsy worked out very well for us as we were flying Tiger.

Long term car parking - and transfer to and from the airport - prompt, efficient and friendly. We were so taken aback by the excellent service rendered - warm friendly and genuine greetings. They even loaded the luggage into the car boot for us when we returned. We just had to step into the car and drive away.

Airport parking- very friendly, helpful and collected us quickly from the airport. We have used other places in the past but will definately use this co. in the future.

Parked car for nine days, ferried to and from airport. Collected promptly on return - just as quickly as if we had parked in the airport long-term park anyway. Our car was out the front, ready to go on our return.

Fantastic, cheap and great customer service. I will park there anytime I fly interstate or overseas. The shuttle bus got us too the airport with plenty of time to spare and they were only a few minutes away when we returned.

We had a great experience with parking port. I booked on line and mentioned in the 'other info' section that we were traveling with a child. Within 5 minutes of sending through the booking I received our confirmation including a note that they would have a car seat fitted in the bus for the journey to the airport. We have used many airport parking services in the past and had never experienced this level of service. On arrival at parking port they had the bus waiting with the car seat fitted as promised. On return, they also had the seat for us and our car was waiting with doors open so it was cool for the kids (it had been parked outdoors). The bus was also ready and waiting for us at either end of our journey. Overall, we were very impressed with the staff and their level of service. The cost for parking was also less than we had paid with other providers in the past.

I have parked my car at Parking port during my holiday period. They drive you to the airport with their shuttle bus with reasonable time. The shuttle bus is available on demand. The staff is very friendly

Really great service - lovely and friendly staff, very efficient - just what you want when you're tired and arriving back home! By far the best parking service I have used!
