I had the pleasure of working with Jacqui Strydom during my recent visit to Cannington Mazda, and I must say, she provided the best customer service experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, Jacqui greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel valued as a customer.

Her attention to detail and thoroughness in addressing my concerns were truly impressive. Jacqui took the time to listen to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. She kept me informed throughout the entire service process, providing regular updates and making sure I was comfortable with the progress.

What sets Jacqui apart is her genuine care for her customers. She made me feel like I was her top priority and that my satisfaction was of utmost importance to her. Her professionalism and knowledge in her role as a service advisor were evident, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.

Very bad customer care and service
They will push us to buy extended warranty which is of no use, it's more like a scam
Service people don't have any idea what they are doing.
Bought brand new CX9
Alwaysproblem with seatbelts
Now gearbox blown for automatic, manufacturing defect

The journey from test drive to pick-up was fantastic! Communication was top notch. The buying process was made so much easier thanks to the terrific Parkland Mazda staff. Bobby and his staff, specifically Jamie, Alistair & Nathan were first class to deal with and Jamie did an amazing job to deliver me my new CX-5 as promised!
I cannot recommend The Parkland Mazda team highly enough and this was my second car purchased from them and I will definitely be back for any future purchases. Thanks team.

In November of 2021, I was in the process of making a final decision on the purchase of a new medium size SUV. I had been planning on buying the new Kia Sportage for a while but looked at the Mazda CX-5 because of Kia’s long delivery time frame. At the time of the negotiations with Parkland Mazda, there was no discussion about the possibility of the car not being available in my chosen color and no acceptable alternative color was ever discussed. To the contrary, Neil, the salesperson, made a song and a dance about Parkland Mazda being one of the largest Mazda dealers in Australia, as well as a Mazda master dealer, and, as such, having preferential allocation of vehicles from Mazda. I had also asked when the 2022 model would become available and was told it would most likely be around the middle of the year. Based on what I was told by Neil, I signed a contract to purchase a Mazda 2021 CX-5 GT in Polymetal Grey from Parkland Mazda, confident I would receive it in February. So, I was shocked, when, 2 months later, in late January, Neil called me to tell me Mazda was bringing in the 2022 model in March and that, as a result, the 2021 CX-5 GT in Polymetal Grey was no longer being manufactured. I was given the option to choose a black or white 2021 CX-5 GT, to “upgrade” to the 2022 CX-5 GT SP in Polymetal Grey at a higher price or to cancel my purchase. In normal times, I would have chosen to cancel my order and would have purchased a car from another, more honest, brand. Unfortunately, we are not in normal times and, the delivery times of other brands being what they are, I felt cancelling was not a viable option. The end result is I am about to take delivery of a 50K+ car in a color I do not want! Thank you Parkland Mazda for the wonderful shopping experience! I will not be back!

got scammed by salesman a few years back here bought the first new car I had ever purchased mazda were having the free bull bar and tow bar promotion on the bt50 I trade my car and financed the rest on a bt50 xtr and it wasn't until a couple of months later I realised the had charged me for bull bar and tow bar $3500 will never set foot in there again and never recommend them I know its partially my fault for trusting them never do that

I was waiting for a new car sales consultant who was busy, and i wandered over to the used car section unknowingly. A guy came up and asked if i needed help. I told him i was waiting for mr. X (the new car sales consultant).
This guy actually told me to wait at the new car section, as i was at the used car section!!!!
rude and obnoxious. Stay away. Stay far far away.

Staff were amazing without being pushy, financing was made easy and you are introduced to every department u will neednot only for the sale but the servicing so you know what you are getting for your money. Made buying my new car a joy. Got a great deal on a brand new mazda 2 which I love

I bought a Mazda 3 from Parkland. I had them organize the Finance for the Car. I was showed that the purchase price of the car is $21,000, my deposit was $4,000, and the total amount financed was $17,000. In reality they added an extra $4000 for Walkaway/gap saver insurance which at no point did they disclose. I'm now in the process of recouping my costs.
