This place has been around for such a long time. Everyone I know goes there. Great prices and produce. Well done.
Our local fruit veg and deli market for the past 14 years, great produce value for money and better than supermarket.
A very, very busy fruit, vegetable and grocery market. It is a terribly busy place on a Saturday morning and very hard to move shopping trolleys around. The quality of the fruit and vegetables are excellent and at a very reasonable price. Large bins or displays are there and the turn over always makes for new fresh products. Service is not good at all as the staff seem to have a language problem. There are Asian girls on the check outs and are very efficient and quite pleasant. They sell Foreign grocery items and their eggs are cheap.

I love this market, it has the cheapest groceries and fruit and veggies around. Very busy on a Saturday morning, so service can be a bit slow. But great variety and very very cheap!
In my efforts to avoid shopping at the larger chain supermarkets I've discovered the Pascoe Vale Market. Their fruit and vegetables are good to excellent in quality and very affordable. This is definitely were I'll be shopping from now on.
Approximate cost: $45
it has every daily necessaries for very affordable price , but in some cases we need to compromise on products
Approximate cost: $500
They have terrific Continental items that are fresh from the deli. They also have fresh fruit and vegetables.Fantastic customer service. The prices on fruit and vegetables are cheaper than most supermarket.

They have lots of Mediterranean food to choose from. The fruit at this store is fresh and also the vegetable. I love the ciabatta bread rolls that they have there that you pick the one that you want your self with the tongs that they give you. They customer service there is excellent.
Approximate cost: $50 - $60
Lots of cheap fruit and veg, my fav is the chicken schnitzels $1.90 and cheap loose nuts. They also have grocery line, bread, rice, pasta, herbs, and frozen food, strass, fetta all cheaper than the supermarket
This is an old Market that appears to have been there for many years. It has a strong European influence, probably originally Italian but now very multi-cultural. You can buy heaps of Asian and European grocery items. It has an excellent fruit and vegetable section, plus a deli, dried goods such as nuts etc, and also fresh bread daily. The freezer section has loads of Asian and continental specialities- eg fresh fetta, Greek yoghurt, tofu, frozen pasta and frozen "cook-at-home" croissants - and much more!
