i was not sure if i should be using 3 star or 4 star

5 star because my benji (french bulldog puppy) is the most amazing little pooch who brings so much happiness in our life

3 star because we were charged more than the retail price was shown but they did fix this and refund the remaining amount

3 star as benji was very sick with a parasite but with some antibiotics at our expense but recouped after 1 dose

4 star as they were educated on his breed what to feed him and the owner did get back to me with information on what to do when he was sick

i would recommend being a little cleaner in the store the smell is really bad
please i beg you to treat the animals with a little more TLC maybe do some apprenterships with vet nurses and the store would be so much more positive

i hope all the french puppies sold and there living happily ever after

We paid $2,800 for a Bordoodle to get a DNA test and find out it doesn't have any Border Collie and only a quarter Poodle. Told the owner of the shop and was told bad luck. They charge way to much $$$ for mutts.
We love our dog but no way would we have paid that much if we had known he wasn't the breed we had been searching all over Melbourne to find.
We specifically asked if they came from puppy farms and they said no. They said that they check and know exactly where there puppies come from. The owner of the shop just said she doesn't know where they come from or what there parents even look like. Bunch of liars who look like they are buying from puppy farms and lying about it
Discrace!

Hello I bought from this shop what I thought was a groodle turns out after paying $2500 I don't even know what I have I rang today and spoke to the owner who said they were renovating then will reopen I told her I wasn't happy and she hung up on me I am worried if she opens again more people will get ripped off and more poor animals will suffer she has to be stopped

UPDATE ON OUR PUP PURCHASED YESTERDAY: SHE IS VERY ILL WITH ADVANCED ROUNDWORM INFESTATION DESPITE SUPPOSEDLY BEING WORMED WEEKLY IN STORE.
Overnight diarrhoea which l attributed to new home, settling etc.
AT 11AM TODAY I RUSHED HER TO MY FAMILY VET, Ballam Park Vet Clinic, WITH THE ROUNDWORM STILL ATTACHED TO HER ANUS, OVER 20CM LONG.
OUR VET HAS NEVER SEEN SUCH A LONG PARASITE EVER!!!!!
OUR PUP IS NOW TREATED WITH MILBEMAX BY OUR OWN VET AT OUR EXPENSE. I WILL NOT TRAVEL 30 MINUTES TO DANDENONG OR HIGHETT WHEN MY VET IS LESS THAN 3 MINUTES DRIVE FROM MY HOME.
OUR PUP IS ILL. SHE WAS NOT ADEQUATELY PROTECTED/ TREATED AT THE CARRUM DOWNS STORE.
OUR PUP HAS SIBLINGS, 2 SISTERS AND 1 BROTHER WHO WERE SOLD BEFORE OUR PUP.
IF YOU PURCHASED A JACK RUSSELL PUP FROM CARRUM DOWNS STORE BETWEEN THE 18TH MAY AND 25TH MAY PLEASE SEE YOUR VET IMMEDIATELY FOR ROUNDWORM INFESTATION WHICH IS CONTAGIOUS TO PEOPLE!!!!!!!
I HAVE NOTIFIED THE OWNER, ANESSA OF THE INFESTATION AT THE CARRUM DOWNS STORE.
The management of the Carrum Downs store, did not ensure vaccinations were up to date with our pup who was 12 weeks old. She had her 1st vaccination mid April and the 2nd should have been given 3-4 weeks later in order to minimise gaps in protection of diseases. Our pup was 2 weeks overdue for 2nd booster because management didn't want to pay $35 for the booster.
Even if you pay a 75% cash deposit on a pup, to pay the balance within the week, be prepared to pay $20 daily boarding fee imposed by Passion For Pets.
SO WHEN ADDITIONAL FEES ARE ALSO PAID I EXPECT THE PUP TO BE IN GOOD HEALTH, NOT TO BE SOLD WITH ADVANCED ROUNDWORM INFESTATION.
If you are willing to pay $2000 or more on a pup please purchase from an accredited breeder who will provide full history and information on a pup.
Too risky to spend thousands of dollars for a pup in poor condition.

Lin: Amazing Customer Service!!!

I would give a 100 out of 10 if I could.

Today I brought some things for my rescue dog...
I was served by Lin, she was lovely, she made me feel like a valued customer.

Lin went out of her way to help me going above and beyond.

No Question I asked was too stupid or too hard, she even sourced out extra info for me.

Lin has great cusomer service and great product knowledge.

I will definitely be back.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

The store has a huge range of products and an excellent loyalty program which makes our regular shop for cat food very affordable. We never shop anywhere else.

This shop is right around the corner for me so super convenient to go to. A good range of pet products for a local store and also plenty of weird and unusual critters to look at such as snakes and lizzards. The price's are a bit more expensive then some big major retailers but for a smaller local business that's quite common. The quality of what you buy has always been good and the staff are helpful and super knowledgeable which always helps.

have bought from this pet store a few times items are not cheap,yet having pets is always not cheap. staff are alway asking if you need help and are also very knowledgeable at what they sell and also friendly. you are allowed to take your pets if you wish ...worth checking out. have bought dog collars and restrants along with specalty dog food

we brought our doggie from them and she is nearly 8 years old now. We also got our gold fish from them and they are now 4 years old! People are really friendly and helpful too! Products they sell are also good.

Good service and friendly staff. Fish tanks don't appear to maintained as well as they could be. fish disease also appears to be a bit of a problem. Fish prices are a bit dearer than the local competitors. They have a great veriety of pet care products and accessories
