We go occasionally on Tuesday nights to go to trivia. Trivia is entertaining and hilarious. They have some very cheap bistro food, and some of the food is very plentiful for the very cheap prices. Though sometimes the food is a little hit and miss but can't really complain considering how cheap it is.
Go here occasionally for breakfast or at morning tea break from work. Unfortunately it's a bit hit and miss with the food, several times I've ordered a ham and cheese croissant and received one that was burnt black. At times I've had delicious breakfasts of bacon and eggs. It's also a little pricey compared to other cafes in the area.
The food here is delicious, love the pancakes and I love the swiss mountain malt (especially in their new salted caramel flavour). However the prices over the years have started to get beyond affordable and it seems as though everything costs double as what it did a few years ago. If it wasn't so expensive then I would go more often.
Good variety of go kart tracks for everyone from young kids through to adults. The staff go out of their way to ensure a safe environment and you don't normally have to wait too long to race.
They also have laser tag, pool tables inside, a cafe and outside they have facilities for spectators. Pricing is competitive with other go kart tracks, and it's in an easily accessible location with lots of on site parking.
Daisy's has a great range of garden supplies and they're very knowledgeable with helping select the right product. All the products are reasonably price and it's conveniently located. The only thing that was a little overpriced were the delivery fees.
This is my go to place to purchase all plants for my garden. They have a huge range of trees and plants, and the quality of the product is always excellent. The prices are very reasonable and the service is always excellent with great product knowledge. I personally love the range of natives and kangaroo paws that are available. We also shop at the Mornington and Lynbrook stores.
This cafe is located next to the bowls club on the beach just as you cross over from Carrum to Seaford. It's raised up on the second level, so the views across the bay are absolutely stunning when the weather is nice.
The food is a little bit overpriced however the quality is fantastic and it's very filling. It's a great place to go out for a lunch on the weekend and it's somewhere we often take visiting guests.
The main reason I've used this clinic is because they bulk bill and it's usually easy enough to get in to see a doctor on the same day that you call. Over the years I've seen several of the doctors there, but in most cases found that they didn't seem to interested in helping me keep on top of my health.
At one point in time I was dealing with an ongoing health issue and one of the doctors concluded I was suffering from depression (when I expressed to him very clearly that I was not depressed) and he prescribed me with anti depressants. When they did not resolve my issue and I visited for a medical certificate, the same doctor made light of the fact that I had been to request many medical certificates over the years. But seemed to have NO interest in genuinely helping treat me for the concerns I'd raised regarding the issue that was preventing me from being at work.
I eventually met one doctor there who wanted to go out of his way to assist me with looking after my health and when he left the practice to work elsewhere I decided that the only way my health would be looked after is to follow him to his new practice.
I would only go back to beach street family medicine now if I needed a bulk billing service and couldn't get in to see my regular doctor.
I had never eaten Afghan before I'd been here, mainly because I'm a fussy eater and I didn't think I'd like it.
After I tried it, it has become one of my favourite places to eat out at. The food is all delicious, if you have the banquet then you can have a sample of a range of the foods. The dumplings and the chicken or lamb skewers are the BEST, especially since the meat is always tender.
The service is great and they're very good at taking into consideration any special food requirements.
Great pub meals at reasonable pub prices. We love going on Thursday night for Parma night when they have a range of different parmas. Food is delicious and service is reasonable. Can get a little busy some nights so best to make a booking.
