Super disappointing experience. Condescending upon arrival and is more worried about questioning whether you have an appointment rather than informing you when you can pick up your car. Later saying it could’ve been done ‘on the spot’
Shannon is a humanitarian who helps anyone and everyone that comes along, and not just for motor repairs. My only complain is that he does not charge appropriately; in fact, more often than not, he undercharges his time, or not charge at all. He is available at any time of the day for people who turn up, even if they are not his loyal customers. He has always helped me and my family with our cars and I could not thank him more. Would love to know both sides of the story re Cliff Allen and the fuel line. I suspect there is more to the story and gentleman Shannon will probably not say a word, but get on with looking after his customers, in his "not so young" age!
Shannon and the team have serviced all of our cars since we moved to the area 17 years ago. They are so helpful, and friendly it is like family. Nothing is too much effort for them, From looking at a problem when you drive in to fixing a major issue. I have always found the price to be very reasonable - the greatest complement I can give them is that not one of our cars has ever had to go back a second time to get fixed.
