I am very nervous about going to the dentist and put up with a tooth ache for 3 days before I went to the dentist. I saw Dr Jones and he was great. He was very nice and was really, really gentle.

We are a family who have been going to the Patterson Lakes Dental Group for many years. We have been extremely happy with the dental health service that we have received over the last 10 years, especially with the care and thoughtfulness that has been taken with my younger children, who unfortunately had to have a number of fillings and is rather scared of going to the dentist. Dr Craig Jones and staff were extremely patient with my son and explained in kid friendly terms what was happening while he was filling his tooth. Most of our family have now seen either Dr Craig Jones or Dr Rebecca Lui and feel confident and would recommend this dental practise.

Went here for emergency tooth ache. Ended up being one of my big back teeth, needed root canal. After asking a few questions I decided to get it pulled out. The cost of root canal was far too expensive for me, and I felt that being t the back of my mouth, I could do without the tooth. It's a pity the dentist here didn't feel the same. He seemed not at all impressed that I wasn't going to spend the money on root canal, and after I gave him my decision, he said I would have to make another appt to get it done! I STILL HAD TOOTHACHE!! Not at all happy

A very friendly dentist(especially Rebecca Lui) really puts you at ease especially if your very nervous in the dentist chair.Explain things well to you.Even the front desk staff are nice and friendly.Lovely premises.

I was having dental work done within two hours of having called for the first time. All staff were very professional and friendly and I was in and out within the hour. My tooth problems were found and treated very quickly with little pain and no complications.

Great dental work on short notice - very professional with excellent facilities. My wife has always gone there and recommended them to me. Quality work but a little expensive.
