I called Paul last week to do emergency work on short notice prior to a party. Paul took my call whilst on holiday. He arrived the morning after returning ON TIME. He told me what the cost for the works and parts would be (very reasonable) and the job was finished very professionally. He called and kept me updated on when he would return and sourcing of difficult to get materials. He and his associate were very professional, well mannered and neat. They even offered to clean the floor where they had placed their boots on entering our home. I can't recommend Paul highly enough. He saved me a lot of stress.

A friend had recommended this plumber, and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him on to others! When I rang him about my hot water system, he came to my house quickly (there was water going everywhere.....) and did a great job. Best part for me was that he took the old system away, cleaned up beautifully and I thought he charged a fair rate. He was really well presented, was a nice bloke, and I will defnitely keep his phone number handy.
