I'd had an ongoing issue with a mysterious glitch in my Porsche factory car alarm which for several nights had gone off at exactly 4.10am, to the general displeasure of my neighbours. The team at Paul Stewart worked diligently to identify the problem and accepted my car back twice to solve it. I cannot thank them enough for their service which was over and above what would typically be expected.

On a Friday afternoon (today) at 5 pm, the reverse "button" on the gear stick got stuck in "up" or "engage" position. All gears worked but it was an issue locating 1st gear. Not normally a problem - but I had taken a deposit to sell vehicle this weekend. Trevor, Luke and Paul stopped what they were doing (having a beer) and fixed it. No other mechanic provides that sort of personal service. A very talented group of mechanics - in fact, surgeons for your car!

Have used Paul Stewart Automotive for the annual pink slip check-up for one of our cars a few times. Friendly, obliging service - convenient location in the Eaastern Suburbs.
