I'd had an ongoing issue with a mysterious glitch in my Porsche factory car alarm which for several nights had gone off at exactly 4.10am, to the general displeasure of my neighbours. On a Friday afternoon (today) at 5 pm, the reverse "button" on the gear stick got stuck in "up" or "engage" position. All gears worked but it was an issue locating 1st gear. Not normally a problem - but I had taken a deposit to sell vehicle this weekend. Trevor, Luke and Paul stopped what they were doing (having a beer) and fixed it. No other mechanic provides that sort of personal service. A very talented group of mechanics - in fact, surgeons for your car!
