Absolutely incredible service by crew here. Assisted me in knowing what's needed to register an interstate car purchase in the ACT. Fitted me in very last minute for a registration check and fixed any issues (bald tyres, small leak) to make sure everything would run smoothly for my family. Kept me informed during the whole process and explained everything clearly and concisely. The professionalism and passion these guys have for cars and providing a great service is 2nd to none and are highly recommended.

I recently moved to the North side of the town and I was in search of a reliable Automotive for servicing my near new Honda Civic. After reading the positive reviews about Paul Whyte, I took my vehicle there for log book service.
I wish if there was Sub-zero rating that I could provide them here.

Beware guys. Always check what is being done to your vehicle there at Paul Whyte. I was given the invoice for log book service but when I noticed the service sticker inside my car, I realized that I was due to service my vehicle again in 3 months time or after 5000KM usage. Whereas, as per logbook it should be done after every 10,000KMs. Now, I am under the impression that even though I have been charged for the recommended parts, consumables and service but it appears they have used sub-standard oil, parts and ancillary items in my vehicle and I am required to take it back for next service within 3 months.
No Way.... Lesson Learned, Drive a little bit far to the Authorised dealer for service instead of these cheap automotives.
For your reference, I have kept pictures of service sticker and the invoice, In case anything go wrong with the engine and I may need to lodge insurance claim.

Always very happy with the work they have done on my car. They do a excellent job. only problem, you will have to book your car in at least a week before they arer always fully booked due to their very high quality work they do

It is no nice that the owners deal with you personally. It is so reassuring and the service was great. I want my car to be looked after and I don't want to have to think about it. Thank you Paul Whyte and the boys in blue for fixing my family car up so it was ready for our big holiday up north!

Highly recommended. They are always busy so I'd recommend calling a week in advance for a service but they have been able to see (and fix) my car urgently when there was something potentially very wrong with it. They won't do anything major on a service before advising you of the details and an expected cost and they always explain what they did in a way that's easy to understand.

I purchased a 2006 holden astra and it being my first car I was a little worried about getting ripped off (being female also). The service was great, they explained what needed to be done and it was also finished when they said it would be.

As a woman with little to no mechanical knowledge, I'm often nervous of whether mechanics are being honest with me. With Paul Whyte Automotive though I felt completely trusting of their advice. They really took the time to find the real problem with my car. Their prices are really competitive, but the best part of this business is their service. They kept me updated, were polite and took the time to actually explain what was wrong with the car.

Its hard to find a mechanic that you're genuinely happy with but these guys were recommended to us and we keep recommending them on. Prompt service. Good communication. Helpful. Trouble free. Unheard of!!! But not with these guys.
