For the 3rd time now, my order simply never arrived. I had moved past the first two incidents, clearly by a lack of better judgement - but after the exact same scenario occurring AGAIN - I have realised that it is just how Paul's Supa IGA roll. Upon waiting until 6:30PM for my much needed online order (that was confirmed via email AND deducted from my bank!) I thought id call to see what the hold up was... Only to be advised by a random staff member that oops the order wont be delivered to me today, maybe tomorrow because apparently no one followed it up and filled the order. Huh? What?! I would've had NO idea had I not called them?!!! So unprofessional, so unacceptable to happen once... but three times? Nup. Get your act together IGA because this is a joke. And I had been one of your greatest supporters. Please leave the online market until you can actually follow through and provide customers with what you promote and promise.

I'm not usually a fan of IGAs but I love this one! Firstly they have a range of hard to find products that I usually have to go to a specialty delicatessen for, different stuff you can't get at the major supermarkets. And their service is OMG amazing! Staff are so friendly and helpful and if the checkouts are getting busy, staff from the floor run to serve the customers, it's unbelievable. I would get he more than 5 stars if I could just for their service.

I have been shopping here on and off for years but recently I decided to do most of my shopping here as I can get the Australian products I want. Also the ham off-the-bone or boneless is the best. I can ask for a product to be ordered if they have run out. They stock my Greens Basic Muffin Mix that Coles and Wollies refuse to sell. Take your petrol docket and and get the 4c off per litre you purchased on your goods instead. Also sign up for a Rewards Key Tag and gain points for cash and receive a credit for your next shop. Look after the locals who look after our community

I have been shopping here off and on for a couple of years. The staff are great here. Very friendly and helpful. This supermarket needs upgrading and a good clean. I dont know what happens with the fresh produce but always disappointed with the freshness of it. Management need to regularly throw away rotten produce left sitting there and ensure the freshness is up to speed.

I have shopped at this IGA a few times when at Ringwood East and found them to be knowledgable and helpful when buying food. Well done.

I have been shopping at this IGA for over 4 years now and have never had such fantastic customer service. They may be a little more expensive in some areas, but for a smaller Supermarket they make sure prices are kept to a minimum. Special are fantastic. I subscribe to their catalogue and get some fantastic specials every week. Well done Team....

Reasonably sized store, which is sometimes a bit messy. My only complaint is that the staff weren't even able to explain their reward program to me!

These guys have been fantastic at getting in some food that we can't seem to buy anywhere else. They were very happy to help. However seem to have had a bit of miscommunition about when it was arriving.
