We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs at home to be cared for by paws in the move. It was especially comforting to receive regular photos and updates of how our dogs were going at home. Great service, will definitely be using paws on the move again.

First time users of this dog walking service and was looking for someone that is confident to walk our Dobermann while away on holiday for a week. He can be a challenge to walk, especially if he sees a cat or an odd stranger approaching so an experienced and confident walker was a must. Diana has these qualities and I was very confident in her abilities that while away I did not have any concerns at all. I also found her to be very reliable and very pleasant.

Leaving our treasured pets behind was a difficult decision as they are such a major part of our family. Diana from 'Paws on the Move' was the answer we were looking for as our pets did not have to be traumatized by being placed in unfamiliar surroundings, especially as we had an older dog that was quite set in his ways and a little frail. Diana was very flexible with any arrangements we needed to make to enable our pets to have the most comfortable and suitable care. Diana kept us up to date regularly with emails and photos of our dogs which not only amused us but reassured us that they looked healthy, content and well looked after. We looked forward to these updates and could tell that Diana was really getting to know them well with her character descriptions and we felt she was treating them like her own. She not only provided an excellent and reliable service for our pets but the added bonus of taking care of our mail, cleaning up around the yard, taking care of bins when necessary and more. Just being a presence while we were away was a relief. We would highly recommend 'Paws on the Move' to anyone thinking of going away and needing a reliable, genuine and responsible person to take care of their extended 'family' We certainly will be using her services in the future when the need arises.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Diana from Paws On The Move for looking after our Border Collie (Rex) while we were away over the December / January holidays. You have just blown us away with the amazing level of service you have provided; it was truly second to none! We were so impressed with everything you did from walking, feeding, playing games and going the extra mile of keeping Rex nice and cool over the 40+ degree heat wave in Melbourne while we were away. You also went above and beyond just looking after Rex by even bringing in our mail, putting our bins out and watering our plants, which was all part of the service! I would recommend Paws On The Move to all pet owners who require their pets to be feed, walked and taken care of while on holidays or on a regular basis by a professional company who really do care about your pets welfare and treat them as if they were their own.
