paypal enables me to trade with unknown persons without disclosing my bank a/c details. it ensures secure payment. at the same way i can receive money from other unknown persons. I am fully satisfied with paypal

I use paypal to buy items over the Internet. Until I found out about Paypal I wouldn't even consider buying from Ebay, but Paypal is great, I know I am safe when i buy through paypal

Fees for transferring of funds to your bank a/c especially for a small amount is a bit high. Handy for ebay and I've used it to receive money from overseas. Could do with some competition, though.

Paypal is so easy to use, professional, trusted by me and other members of my family and convenient, I just think their fees are way too high. Paypal does however make buying and selling on e-bay extra easy!

Great company to use to purchase online..9/10 times they side with the customer. This can be a good thing if a business rips you off....but a real hassle if you are played/conned by bad customers. Overall they are highly efficient, safe and secure method of making payments and receiving cash.

I like using Paypal because it gives me a piece of mind due to the buyer's protection. It was abit complicated when I first started using paypal but once I got used to it, it was easy. There are even special offers to paypal members at different online stores.

I don't like paypal, had bad experience with them, bad customer service, I had made a complaint before, but they did not do anything, told me BAD LUCK!!! High fees for the sellers
