Pay pal has come in so handy for some items i have sold on gum tree and Facebook and eBay-i have never had any problems with PayPal have 100% trust in it.i also know i can send money to friends and family for free.I also can use pay pal when ordering food on line.

Paypal is safe and effective payment when you are shopping online. Even i heard that now they are also started to pay through pay pal for take away food services and other stores.

I have been using PayPal now for 3 years and it's my preferred payment when buying online. The best thing is,how easy it is to use and it's safer than giving away my banking details.
The down side to PayPal is when you get a refund it takes time to get the funds back into your account.
If you love to shop online I think PayPal is great especially if you're buying from overseas or you just don't want to share your credit card details to anyone

Instead of using my credit card I have found it's a wonderful way to pay for items on-line. I just make sure I've cash in my pay pay account (transferred from my bank account) and I can pay this way. It's a far better way of keeping track of my spending. The company I buy from sends an email receipt and paypal also sends confirmation of what I've just spent.

I used paypal to collect payment for my carpet cleaning business. Any amount over 1000$ per week they put a hold on for 21 days. This has smashed my cash flow. All attempts to contact Pay Pal heve been ignored

I swear by these guys they are absolutely the best when it comes to online shopping I wouldn't use anyone else when ever I have had a problem with a seller I just dispute it and I get a refund in no time.

I have been using Paypal for some years now and I think it is the safest way to shop online, its quick easy and in most cases hassle free.
The only problem I have ever had was just recently where I purchased an item on Ebay from the UK for a certain price, and Ebay showed the Uk and the Aus price, then Paypal charged me extra after the transaction was completed as their conversion rate was apparently different so just be aware of that when you do a transaction that has an international conversion rate, in my case it was almost $40 difference so was quite a surprise, and I was lucky to have the extra funds in the bank to cover it.
Something all users should be aware of.
I think Paypal offer a great service, it is easy to use and their website is very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Safest way to pay online.

Have only just started using Paypal, and won't ever go back to giving CC details online or doing bank transfers. I've recently used my cc details online, which ended up in the wrong hands, so had to cancel my card. Smooth easy transactions with no fuss and safe!!!

When I shop on eBay Paypal is the only payment method I use. It's fast, easy to use and secure. There is an option to send funds after receipt of goods which I think is awesome. Nice piece of mind.

I use this with ebay all the time and have never had any problems. Its safe and trust worthy. I had a dispute a while ago and they got me my money back within 5 days of me making the complaint, even though I had been arguing with the ebay people for a month!

I am addicted to online shopping (I know, I have a problem!) but whichever website i buy from I make sure that they use Paypal or are Paypal certified. That way i know its a safe transaction and that the site i have made a purchase from does not have my credit card details!
Whenever making a purchase online for a family member, I use my account instead of using their credit card (since they don't have a Paypal account).
Its safe, secure and efficient. If you have a dispute with another person, Paypal will be able to resolve the dispute as well.
Definitely a thumbs up from my end.
