These guys are now our go to computer supplies store. Never had a problem there, and any fault in any products we bought were quickly dealt with on the spot. Also, the prices are very reasonable.
I was quite excited when I heard that this place was opening. They, rather boldly, opened up right next door to one of Melbourne's cheapest computer hardware stores, MSY Technologies. With prices to match and a new standard for customer service, they instantly became my favourite place to shop. I must say that they've done very well to remain in business while maintaining a higher standard of customer service in spite of who they are competing with. Very highly recommended.
