All the young people working here are very helpful and always explain things in a way that helps me understand the products. I have been extrememly satisfied with everything I have bought here and especialy happy to take my computer to be fixed by them for they not only have great value but are also fast with servicing.

I'm in Melbourne quite often, esp around Box Hill and Reservoir area. In the past I've had difficulties locating a decent computer store both in service and product quality, mainly because I don't live there.

However during my visit last year, I had to help my gf with her computer, grab some parts and what not. tried 2 different stores on this street. Was happy with PC DIY. These guys aren't out there to rip people off. They offer genuine help. Ran by guys in mid to late 20's by the looks of it.

I tell my gf to go to these guys when she's having a problem with her computer and I'm not around. So far she's been pretty happy with them too. They're not the most skilled sales personnel but don't let that fool you.
