Fast turn around time and great result. Fixed my Macbook Pro that run very slow. I was going to buy new, but thought I would check with PC Medic first as a friend recommended them. Glad I did as I didn't want to spend up big on a new Macbook. I can definitely recommend them.

took my laptop in for a fan not working, got charged $470 for diagnosis and repair. no 1 I told them just to replace the fan not diagnosis the problem. So after paying i did my on research a new fan through HP was $68 and 12 screws later fan would have been installed, bill should have been around the $150 mark. don't go there total rip off and double talker.

Our computer failed after an electrical storm and as nothing worked I thought for sure it couldn't be fixed. I booked it in at PC Medic and they had it up and running in no time. It hasn't missed a beat since - very happy.

I thought I'd lost all my images and documents when my computer crashed, not only did the techs at PC Medic manage to retrieve everything they were able to repair the computer too. The staff were polite, extremely helpful and fixed my computer within a couple of days of drop-off. I recommend PC Medic to anyone who needs a comprter repaired.

Went to two different stores to get my computer repaired and got told to toss it as it cannot be fixed. A friend told me to take it to PC Medic and am I glad I did. They repaired it and I didn't lose any files or photos, so well done.

I had an issue with an old Macbook that literally blew up - over heated and needless to say it was not working AT ALL. The team at PC Medic were able to retrieve all the data and store it onto the hard drive. It didn't take long at all and the service was fabulous. We were also able to sort out a few other issues with our new Macbook PLUS they gave us advice on our website that we were setting up for our new business. We will be using PC Medic again in the future.

This business is a scam only interested in taking your money. I sent my PC in repairs on Monday and was asked to pay $44 in order for them to start working on it which I did pay. On Tuesday they rang to ask for another $88 for so-called data recovery otherwise I will lose everything on the hard drive which I reluctantly agreed to pay yet again. They promised to call me on Wednesday to give me a progress update and detailed quote. Wednesday NO CALL NO TEXT NO EMAIL NO NOTHING. So Thursday I called them after being on hold for 5 minutes, I was told the computer cannot be repaired that I should get a new one. WHAT THE @#!& seriously.
So I walked into the shop to pick up the computer and also ask if I could at least retrieve the data that was recovered which I paid $88 for. This time they changed their story telling me they have not recovered data and $88 was just for FINDING OUT if any data can be recovered. If I wanted the data I would need to pay another $500 which is another 5-6 hours work. I demanded my money back and they said no. They insisted that they made it clear on the phone $88 was just for finding out if data can be recovered not the actual recovery. Come on! Do you really think if you had made that clear to anybody, one would agreed to pay $88 for a yes or no ? such an insult to anybody's intelligence.

So after wasting my time and taking $132 from me, my computer is still as broken as before if not worse.

Please stay away from this business. You probably noticed the above review author that gave a five star rating to this business is located in RINGWOOD ! SAME SUBURN the business is in. What a coincidence !

TERRIBLE! I took a working laptop in to have the speed/memory boosted a bit. The result: I no longer have that laptop. Not only did they render the laptop completely useless, their so-called customer service is APPALLING! They never returned calls. The person who was working on my laptop was always "out of the office" and I had to constantly keep calling them for updates on my laptop, despite being told "someone" would call me in "half an hour". They charged a fortune and left me with a laptop that was so unstable in ended up crashing completely and was completely useless.
