i had a full body mud wrap done here and it was sooo relaxing and wonderful my skin felt so smooth afterwards, i also had a hot oil hair treatment at the same time and my scalp and hair felt so nice i would go do it all again

I think this business does a really good spray tan. Having tried another place I would now only use Peace and Quiet as you know the tan will be even and a nice colour.

I had a massage toward the end of my pregnancy. The service from the masseuse was excellent, but also from the other staff. The receptionist even offered to reshuffle another booking to another room so that I would not have to walk up the stairs to the treatment room.

I really love the products & services at Peace & Quiet..but it is so pricey! I guess it could be argued that the high quality of their service warrants the price, but I only go there for the occasional treat! The staff are fantastic & always helpful. Just wish they were a bit cheaper!

Absolutely relaxing and enjoyable massage, in beautiful surrounds, which are clean and fresh. Quiet ambience, gentle staff and relaxing music make it a wonderful experience, which is well worth repeating.
