Always consistently one of the best. The food is genuinely first rate. Great value for money. We've tried many Chinese restaurants and always come back to Pearl Garden.

This restaurant has gone down since it first opened, the waiting staff can be rude & a bit egotistic, if you dine there all the time, you seem to be treated well, however if you are a part time diner you can be ignored. I have found a better chinese locally
This says more about the customer than the restaurant. We have been dining there for 20 years and have never seen an incident of what this customer complains about.

Great chinese food. Really fresh, tasty and great variety. The staff are really helpful as well. I wouldnt go anywhere else (and we've tried a few chinese restaurants up here and they are nowhere near as good). The dinner box is excellent value at $7 - huge serve of main and rice.

Consistently good food and service. Prices are reasonable. We have lived in Upwey for six years and have eaten here many times. I would go here before any other Chinese Restaurant for a long long way.

We no longer live in the area and we travel for 45 minutes and pass 15 - 20 other chinese restaurants to dine here SAY NO MORE THAN 15 years.............. and still as good as ever

I have been dining here since 2000. The lunchboxes are great value at $7 and the serving is extremely generous-it would easily feed two people I would think.
I come here often for birthdays-the staff are lovely and will put sparklers in your dessert, play cheesy 'happy birthday' music, and finish your night off with fortune cookies and port and no extra cost.
