Over the recent 5 years Ray White Pakenham has managed an investment property of mine. towards the end of the 5 years the property management got a little ordinary, and i put this down to the bad luck in maintaining professional property managers. in the end the final 2 tenants were a disaster. Of course the agent did not admit that they may have been even partly to blame, and this angered me. HOWEVER. their return from a total negative experience was the Co Owner and Sales Manager Tony. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and a final opportunity with selling my property. the outcome was this. Before i did any renovations the highest offer i had was $185,000. Tony assured me that i would achieve $205,000 if i completed the make over. i was skeptical but i trusted his judgment. Within 1 day of the final job being completed for the renovation he came to me with an offer of $220,000 a whopping $15,000 more than i had expected. Safe to say i can not recommend Tony at Ray White HIGHLY ENOUGH with regard to selling your home. An absolutely 100% honest and reliable Agent.

Since the closure of Domino's this is our ""Local". Although the newest Pizza shop in pakky, they are certainly not the least experienced. i can recomend the mexicana, or the pepperoni pizza's specifiaclly. HOWVER i do believe their pizza must be made on their THIN CRUST and NOT the Deep Pan. I think the deep pan is a bit too fluffy for my liking. any how personal preference.

Talk about never leaving hungry...... just you try and do an entre, main and desert all in the 1 sitting in this establishment. We (4 of us) usually share a small garlic pizza to start off. trust me its enough. for main i sugest nothing bigger than an entre size pasta or risotto. if after all that you still desire desert then go for the gelato flavours. its massive and can be shared amongst 4. easy, nice, very reasonably priced especially for the serve size.

well this is not a high quality bistro by my standards. the few times i have eaten there i have been very dissapointed. i had a simple chicken parma, and yes you guessed it. NOT NICE. the chicken schnitzel was deep fried first then re heated and the toppings added. The chips that is is served with were not freshly cooked which is unusal as both times i have been there it has been a busy saturday night, so food turnover should prevail. NOT!!!

I have dealt with David from Rams Home Loans in Beaconsfield for many years. For quality advise from an expert with 30 years experience David is you man. In Home service? YES honost approach? YES Efficient and smooth process? YES Value for money? YES. This is truely old fasioned service with a smile. and to top it all of the business is run by David and his wife, and a small number of professional staff.

I had my entire house fitted out with mostly Roman Blinds Almost $7000.00 Worth. Let me just say this is a massive $1000.00 Cheaper than the other quote. Also the quality was superior to the other quote. Adam the Proprietor is Very knowelegable and friendly in his approach to sales. My only suggestion is maybe an after installation check on the quality of the product.

Quality, Reasonably priced, Fast, Friendly service. This venue is a nice place to have a drink and support the Local RSL, Recently refurbished, and with a new Dining Room. Many locals can forget it is even there because of its hidden location. however imaging a nice fair priced meal, on a Thurs, Fri, Sat night. and now they do Sunday Breakfast

I have Dealt with Karen @ Heritage Springs for the purchase of 2 blocks of land over that past 3 years. Right from the first time i walked in to meet with Karen, i was treated as if we'd been friends for years. Even now after the purchase i still drop in and have a chat and a coffee. My advise to those looking at building a new home. drop in and see Karen for a coffee and chat first, as she is 100% honost and helpful in the advise she gives. No Strings, No Pressure Sales approach.

We frequently stop in for a coffee, Service is good, and the staff are very friendly. nice place to sit and have chat with mates. This Cafe has indoor and outdoor eating area's and is open for breakfast, Lunch and til late in the afternoon

We had our car serviced there. it has an extended warranty and they where more than helpful in dealing with the insurance company that offered the extedned warranty on our behalf. After the service the car was fantastic. also the service manager at the time was honost about a problem i was having with my other holden vehicle, where 3 other dealers had denied a problem existed. TOTAL CREDIBILITY for this dealership, i will deffinantly be servicing my cars there from now.
