The worst service ever.
i feel really upset because they made my nails so horrible and also looks so ugly
they even don’t bother to answer the question i asked.

These guys are ok. Sometimes the nails come up good and sometimes I will need to fix them myself by filing down to the shape I prefer. Even though I do not do waxing, I heard they are pretty good with eyebrow shaping. The value is pretty good especially when they had spring special $20 infills. Room for improvement

Extremely friendly people at this place, and they do a great job too. Manicures, pedicures and waxing. Better than most prices for the nails and the waxing is actually very good value.

It really depends this store. I always go here for waxing, and I find that the service differs each time I go - and not just between each person servicing me. Sometimes they do a fantastic job, but the last few times (and two different staff) were double-dipping the waxing stick after it had touched my skin, which can lead to a lot of germs and bacteria spreading, and they poured the wax on so hot and pulled it out so hard they pulled out some skin with it! I had to see my GP and get some burn medication after seeing them. Very unhappy with their sometimes-good, sometimes-bad service.
