Matt was really friendly and professional. I spoke to him a number of times and he was very helpful. I made a large order so Matt shipped the pedals for free. They arrived promptly and were soundly packed. Certain items are slightly cheaper to buy through Billy Hyde but I'd much prefer to support a small Australian business that gives you the time of day. I'll definitely be using Pedal Empire again.

These guys are really reasonable about trade ins. Don't expect full resale value, since they need to make some money, but they will do a good deal for you if you're looking to sell your pedals quickly.

I wanted this pedal for ages but had the name wrong. Spent ages searching for it. When I worked out what it was called I had trouble finding one in Australia. I gave up. Then Pedal Empire ad popped up on Facebook. Their search engine found it by type without needing the name. The price was good. The ordering process was simple. The delivery was lightning fast despite the fact I was at the other end of the country. The search and order with Paypal process took less time than writing this review.
