I am a woman driver and I never feel patronized or mislead. In my experience, Rick goes out of his way to make the process simple and affordable for me.

Previously I had used a Holden dealership for my servicing but Rick is about half the price of that yet his work is better.

Been going to Pender's for years now. Always happy with the service and price. Very trustworthy and down to earth and I would never go anywhere else. My only worry about reviewing this place here is that I won't get an appointment if business booms from this WOMOW! :)
