Peninsula Bird world is a family run business, with family values; they are extremely passionate about what they do, and share their enthusiasm and knowledge with everyone. It doesn't matter if you are a novice or an experienced bird breeder - Best chance is you will learn something from a visit. You will find yourself going back time and time again, for advice and friendly service.

Pam and John are very knowledgeable about birds and very helpful. The birds appear to be healthy and are well cared for. We purchase our food for our parrots and have been very happy with the quality and price of everything they have to offer. We have also taken our birds to have their wings clipped and have always had a positive experience. The only reason "service" is an issue is that sometimes you have to wait some time to talk to Pam and John because they are very helpful to everyone and sometimes they need to spend a good bit of time with someone else while you will need to wait for your turn... is that a bad thing? I don't think so - I know I will get my turn and get the same attention as everyone else, just have to be prepared to wait some times!

Wonderful service and advice and on going support. My daughter is 10 and decided to start breeding budgies. We have been back a number of times and it seems nothing is to much trouble.

Great service by John and Pam were great. Offered excellent advise. We went and visited our little bird we were getting a few times before getting it, and that wasnt a problem for them. They were very helpful with our questions.

Buying pet birds for the first time, I found the experience of the proprieter, John, extemely helpful. He offered useful information via email prior to my visit and emphasised that they don't just sell birds, they offer advice and support to bird owners.
