Made an appointment for 9am, got a call from office at 8;30 saying where are you? I said the appointment is for 9 and ill be there shortly. I was told they wouldnt wait and would come back. Got a call 3 hours later saying they had driven past and couldnt get a park so could they come back on Monday. I said monday didnt suit as it was my day off and wouldnt be in. They said how about Tuesday? i said to be honest im a bit upset that we had an appointment and im now waiting. They said "get stuffed then" and hung up on me! To start with I really have had good experiences before and was more than happy to use them. However this isnt my fault and the reaction I got is out of line. Im allowed to be dissapointed that i have been put out. I have a leaking roof! You can get stuffed, never using you guys again!

Totally agree with the other review. These guys are great. My gas heater went out and we couldn't re-light it....Ben turned up that day, started work (even though I wasn't home when I said I would be) and had it cleaned and working within the next 40 minutes. Fantastic service, very friendly, efficient and honest. We will definitely be using them going forward.

Well that surprised me im the first to review this bussiness after the fantastic service i recived from Sally and Ben. I called with a problem with my ducted heating 1 hour later Ben was at my door and fix my issue. I will be using this bussiness again because of the fantastic service i recived. Thanks again....Matt
