I have rented two properties through the agent and have been well looked after in that if any maintenance needs to be done they take care of it quickly, any questions or concerns you may have as a tenant they are happy to listen and work it out with you. Really friendly people as well. They have also been generous and even gone out of their way just to do something nice for me. Best experience Ive had with a real estate agency.

Gabriele recently sold two units for me in the Frankston Vic area. The sale prices achieved were higher than anticipated. I was very impressed that Gabriele withstood some relatively aggressive pressure from potential purchasers in terms of the asking price and the condition of the units. In a similar situation many agents would have transferred this pressure to me with a suggestion to lower the asking price. Gabriele, however, held firm and in the process demonstrated her extensive market knowledge, experience and highly developed negotiating skills. In short, I felt very fortunate to have such a tenacious advocate working on my behalf!
Upon appointing Gabriele as managing agent she advised that the rents were too low, the tenants were unsatisfactory and that to achieve a higher sale price the rent would need to be increased. Within 10 days one unit was leased to a new tenant at a significantly higher rental and both units were sold less than 30 days later. Whether you are buying or selling property it's preferable to have an agent who has your interests at heart and who conducts themselves professionally and competently.

I've started out with the wrong foot with the Director, Gab, as she seemed very persistent to get a rental contract. I decided to go for a cheaper option with another agent.

Unfortunately, after 2 months with the second agent, rental was always in arrears and I have to keep chasing agent for answer and status update. Most of the time, the second agent will say she can't get hold of the tenants and I had to step in to lead the way.

On a weekend, I suddenly thought of the persistent spirit of the Gab and I had a weird idea to contact her - maybe her persistence may help me in such problematic tenants. She immediately went to the property on that weekend without any contract or commitment from me. She then followed up with the tenants on the following week and updated me on the progress and status without me chasing.

Two months from then, I've seen rental income coming into my account regularly reducing nasty surprises and late fees from the bank. There are still issues with the tenants, but I believe Gab will continue to work hard to exceed the landlord expectation. This is a great improvement from the position I was in prior to changing the agent. Although her fees is higher than the average agents, you need an exceptional agent like Gab to manage properties like mine.
