Warning avoid penrith toyota at all cost!! I parchesd a second hand care from them and My car was under warranty and toyota Band-Aid all the repairs that were made then warranty ren out due to oil lite failing to turn on motor seized because no oil in motor and so toyota charged me $6000 to fix motor . Toyota failed to fix repairs so I still have to pay for repairs that toyota never fixed and know the transmission needs repairs. so car cost $12000 to buyandmotor repair $6000. Unfortunately I'm on a disability pension and have to have an operation that will leave me frail so can not afford to buy another car or make repairs to the car so have to rely on taxis thanks to penrith toyota you should be proud of your self

I bought a brand new car Yariss Cross 2021 at Toyota Penrith, but they ended up giving a car with hail damage and tried to cover it up. What should I do ?
Their manager also said that TOYOTA AUSTRALIA advised them just pdr/fix any hail damage car and sell it as normal (price of brand new car? Is it true ?
Story on the pick up day:
- we aksed the salesman Ninh Nguyen if they were affected by the hail storm recently or not. He said :"No, no, we leave the car under cover,..."
- But after my husband spotted some hail damage and broken pieces.
- The manager came out and admitted that the car was fixed, (pdr) and they told us to bring the car back this week to get it fixed.
Is it acceptable in NSW or Australia, do people allow to sell damage product with full price of brand new product to customer ?
i paid for the price of a brand new car but I already lost value with this car."

Approximate cost: $40500

Go anywhere but PENRITH TOYOTA. They just cost me 2 days day pay and still could not perform the simple, free 1000km service.

Extremely bad overall service. I put my car in to be serviced and upon return noticed 4 long scratches on the drivers door. I questioned the mechanic who serviced my car and was basically shunned off and said it was my fault/problem, because I am a woman on my own they treated me with the utmost disrespect and pushed their errors off and refused to admit to these scratches. Luckily my daughter and I had been taking photos of the car that morning so I have before and after evidence of the damage they did to my car, which I will be sending off along with a long complaint form to the Department of Fair Trading. Best advice to anyone & everyone do not book in for a service here.
