Really enjoyed the way they brought out the food to us on iron bowls that made the rice slightly charred, giving it a hint of a burnt taste.

Nice place to go to with friends for lunch/dinner. For what you get , the prices are decent! I absolutely love the salmon on rice dissh! I could eat that anyday!Its soooo tasty!

The prices are quite reasonable and the tastes are really good. The cuisine is some variation on a Korean barbecue. Instead of a burner on the table the food comes on a super not(260 deg C) cast iron plate and it cooks in front of you. Nice experience

Low Price, beautiful food. I would highly recommend this to anyone. First seen and tried it in Sydney and sooo happy they are finally here in Melbourne now.

I do really enjoy going to Pepper lunch! The food isnt exactly VERY cheap, but it sure is tasty and I'd say worth to get when you go. The different things in the menu do have a lot of variety, so you are spoilt for choice when you go.

Little bit different to the other food around Melbourne. Meal served on a sizzling plate that you mix though and finish off cooking yourself. Overall, Japanese-style options but there's a variety of meat, seafood, and vegetarian choices available.

Great if you want quick and tasty food for a reasonable price. THe menu is full of Korean/asian lunch combo options. Quite stereotypical of asian cafe food. Great value.
