rang to make an appointment to get Gel nails. before I left home I got a text saying she was running 10mins late..fair enough..it ended up being 30mins late..then I find out the woman doesn't do gel nails..I really wanted nails and couldn't get in anywhere else so decided to get acrylic ..as she was doing my nails she made a comment that she should put her glasses on...she didn't though...upon leaving my nails looked fine. The next morning I got up and my thumb nail felt as though it needed filling.. as it does every 2 wks or so..odd..!! on my fingers the cuticles looked quite rough. ..I rang the shop and spoke to the woman...made an appointment to go in.. I get there sit in the chair and she asked me 'so you're telling me you've never had this problem before' 'no' I reply.. and pointing to my fingers I said 'and these' she goes 'they're your cuticles' I said 'yeah but shouldn't you have neatened them up' she disappears into the back room comes back with money shoves it in my hand and says 'just go' :o
