THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I'm a Fitness Instructor by day, so my job requires me to be active all the time. I went to see Michael Lee at Performance Care after experiencing two major injuries on two different occasions; one was for my rotator cuff & the other was for achilles/heel pain. After just a one Active Release Technique session and a bit of chiro, I could already feel the difference in my mobility (on both occasions). I think it took less than 10 sessions (each) for my injuries to completely heal. I recommend him to EVERYONE I know because he always gets to the root of the problem quickly (unlike some physios who want to see you every second day & take all of your money). Its also very rare to find a Physio who is also a Chiro. Tall about an added bonus. I am a firm believer in A.R.T. for treating injuries and cannot recommended Michael highly enough.

After suffering from a nasty case of syatica for a couple of months, i went and saw Felipe at Performance Care. Thinking my injury was a pulled muscle or something i endured it for a couple of months before going to see Filepe at Performance Care. Filepe knew straight away how to move forward with my rehabilitation explaining what exactly the problem was and what was causing it. After a few treatments of active release massage and a bit of work at home my syatica has reduced to a point where i can walk around without the pain i had before seeing Filepe. Knowing what i know now, i wish i had gone and seen Filipe sooner as life is much easier without syatica!!
